Résidence Vue Mer

Résidence Vue Mer is a project conceived by Marion Mailaender, during the Design festival organised by the Villa Noailles. (France)

I had the chance to assist Marion Mailaender designing her 180m2 scenographic apartment. Inspired by the 60’s residencies constructed on the Cote d’Azur, she invites visitors in a really personal space.

Marion proposes a space full of references and a collection of objects in many different types of materials.

A chandelier in eyeglass lenses, a curtain with childhood photos, balusters in soap, recycled stained-glass dressing-room handles, a kitchen worktop  in recycled marble marquetry…

A cheerful, creative, sunny, radical, soft and friendly space. A space with character that you don't want to leave.
